Matsutake Hibachi Steak & Sushi is the best Japanese Steakhouse in Arlington. They are also the best Hibachi restaurant in Arlington. The atmosphere is fun, the presentation and preparation is entertaining, and the food is excellent. They have a bar towards the front that is a nice place to have a drink and socialize while you wait for your table.
